About Fer

Hi, I'm Fer.

I learned to cook standing next to my grandmother, translating her pinches and handfuls into notes I could actually follow. Fer's Kitchen is where those notes live now — the pastas I make on Tuesdays, the cakes for slow Sundays, and the salads that show up all summer long.

I cook seasonally, mostly plant-forward, and always for real weeknights. If a recipe needs a special gadget or a trip to three stores, it doesn't make it here.
